Nothing in life is easy, and creating a neighbourhood watch is full of fun, fun requirements, especially in Cape Town.

The Western Cape requires that a neighbourhood watch is registered with the local Community Police Forum in our police area (Ocean View).

That in turn requires us to conform to the Western Cape's rules and requirements. This is a rather long document available here -

The bad news: We will need to conform to those requirements.

The good news: Once we register, we can apply for free training, and potential funding.
